| FERNCLIFF is a charming two-story, eight-room cottage. The first floor holds a small country kitchen, full dining room, sitting room, and "library" with wood fireplace. The cottage has spacious front and side porches and a gas barbeque; a complete service of dining ware for eight is supplied. |

Upstairs are three full bedrooms with closets and double beds, as well as one small extra bedroom with a single (guests supply own pillows and linens). In addition, there is a full bath with original tub and washbowl. |

Traditional kerosene lamps are featured throughout; when required, all
cottage lights, as well as the microwave and guests' small appliances
(including PC's) are powered by a 1400-watt Honda generator. Municipal water
